TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Estimates are valid for [30] days from the date of issue.

2. Parts & Blends are estimated are as required.

3. The estimates are based on the damage visible at inspection. Any additional damage found during the repair will be quoted and authorised by you before that work is carried out.

4. A [50]% deposit on private jobs secure your booking. The balance is payable on completion, prior to collection.

5. Completion dates are an estimate and may be affected by parts supply, insurer approval, or additional damage.

6. Our workmanship is guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle. Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. We cannot warrant the condition of any surface beneath our repairs or paintwork, including existing rust, filler, or previous repairs. We also cannot warrant paint applied over chrome, plastic chrome, or stainless steel.
